Roast Beef, or Pork Loin with Crackling.
Served with: Goose Fat Roasties, A Panache of Honey roasted roots, Sprouting Broccoli, Cauliflower Cheese, Homemade Giant Yorkshire Pudding, & Rich Gravy.
A vegetarian option with Homemade Vegetable Nut Roast and Crisp Roast Potatoes is also available.
